Registration cancellations must be notified in writing by email to the LEARNTech Asia Conference Secretariat at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Participants must ensure they receive an acknowledgement of their cancellation from the Secretariat Office to confirm their request has been received and processed. A handling fee of SGD100 is chargeable for cancellations received in writing by 1 October 2015.
Regrettably, no refund can be made for cancellations after 1 October 2015 or for participants who do not show up for the conference. You will however receive a set of the Conference proceedings.
A replacement is encouraged if you are unable to attend the conference after the confirmation of registration. Please inform the Conference Secretariat in writing 10 working days prior to the Conference.
