Interested participants may register at the Ultra Early Bird Price at 40% off until 30 April, 2016. Multiple Bookings Discount pricing (applicable to groups of 3 or more delegates from the same organisation registering for the same event, at the same time) will be opened on September 1, 2016. The registration fee includes a copy of conference proceedings, all Conference sessions and exhibition, as well as morning and afternoon tea breaks and lunches.

Registration fees must be received 10 business days prior to the Conference. To take advantage of the early-bird discount, registration and payment must be received by the cut-off date. All payments are made in Singapore dollars. All payment is subject to a 7% Goods & Services Tax (GST).

Payment can be made by credit card AMEX, VISA or MasterCard) via PayPal. For payments by cheques, bank drafts or bank transfer, please quote the name of the delegate(s), Conference name and invoice number on the advice when remitting payment. Bank charges are to be deducted from participating organisations own accounts. Registration cancellations must be notified in writing by email to the LEARNTech Asia Conference Secretariat at [email protected] Participants must ensure they receive an acknowledgement of their cancellation from the Secretariat Office to confirm their request has been received and processed. A full refund less a handling fee of SGD100 will be made for cancellations received in writing by 1 October 2016. Regrettably, no refund can be made for cancellations after 1 October 2016 or for participants who do not show up for the conference. You will however receive a set of the conference proceedings. A replacement is encouraged if you are unable to attend the conference after the confirmation of registration. Please inform the Conference Secretariat in writing 10 working days prior to the Conference.

LEARNTech Asia Conference reserves the right to amend any part of the Conference programme if necessary at any time. LEARNTech Asia Conference will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by delegates or accompanying persons, or loss of, or damage to their personal property as a result of the Conference or related events. In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, LEARNTech Asia Conference accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance, along with travel insurance.

LEARNTech Asia Conference is not responsible for healthcare, dental and ambulance services during the Conference or related events. We strongly recommend that participants take out comprehensive medical and travel insurance during the Conference period. The Conference Secretariat accepts no responsibility of any nature whatsoever for personal injury, death, loss or damage to property or participants however caused or arising.

The Conference Secretariat is committed to protecting the privacy of delegates’ personal information in line with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

Collecting of Personal Information
As the Conference Secretariat, we collect personal information such as, name; company’s name; designation; industry segment, and contact details; directly from you through the online or hardcopy registration form. We do not collect personal information about delegates from other publicly available sources or via other means. We also do not collect personal information when users browse our website.

Use of Personal Information
As Conference Organisers, we only use your personal information for the purposes of registering you for the Conference and to update you with latest information relating to this or future editions of this Conference. We will also compile a Delegates List, which includes your name; company’s name; designation; and industry segment. The Delegates List also has a facility that enables registered delegates to contact other delegates via email (without revealing your email address) to make a meeting appointment during the Conference. Apart from the above, we may also use the information you submit for related, internal management and statistical review purposes, although such analysis will be done on an aggregated basis.
We do not give your personal information to anyone else unless:
• you have given prior consent;
• you would reasonably expect your information to be passed on to the recipient as part of the provision of products/services to you ancillary to your registration for the Conference (e.g. to outsource the printing of name badges);
• it is required to comply with a court order or other legal process or legal requirements of any governmental authorities, including but not limited to the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the Singapore Tourism Board;
• it is in exceptional circumstances, such as a national emergency, security concern, or other such situation in which the Organisers, at its sole discretion, deem such disclosure to be prudent.

You may access personal information that we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct your personal information, if necessary. If you are on one or more of our mailing lists, you may opt out of further contact by clicking the unsubscribe option in all emails received by you.
