In collaboration with the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA), LEARNTech Asia Conference 2014 will be organizing a visit to the Classroom of the Future (COTF) on 12th November, 2014.
The Classroom of the Future, is designed to inspire educators and policy makers to, through the use of technology, consider possibilities in enhancing student experiences both in the classroom and through self-directed learning. Themed “Seamless Education, Global Classroom” the exhibition uses global climate change as a focal point to illustrate the application of four infocomm technology-enabled learning scenarios. These scenarios and simulations also feature how teachers leverage infocomm technology to meet new education challenges in an increasingly connected world and respond to demands for more personalised learning needs. Educators will be able to experience how emerging technologies provide ubiquitous connectivity that can be harnessed to improve teaching and learning.
